Substitution Policy
Due to the availability, seasonality and the nature of the floral industry, it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions. Care is always taken to maintain the “look and feel” of arrangements and containers, taking into consideration the style and colour combinations requested.

Delivery Policy
If an order is received before 11:00 am, we can typically deliver the same day, Monday through Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays.
During major holidays (Christmas, Mother’s Day, Valentines Day, etc.), more lead time may be required. Advance ordering is appreciated.

Our delivery charges are assigned according to the location and distance from the shop to the recipient’ address.
